People Illuminators is owned and soley operated by Myrtle Ossai.  Myrtle brings over seven years of dedicated in-house HR experience in various industries like Financial Services and Tech. Her consulting experience ranges from non-profit, retail, manufacturing, and education. She is a graduate of Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Myrtle also holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from West Chester University and is a certified SHRM-CP professional.

Her passion lies in developing innovative HR programs that build from the ground up, introducing fresh and effective solutions tailored to each organization she partners with.
